My partners 2013 Sante Fe was brought in for maintenance. When she went to pick it up the bill was much higher than originally quoted. Reason for added cost was they couldn’t do some of the maintenance (on a vehicle they manufacture) so they had to tow it literally down the street to another mechanic to do the work. Cost of the tow and the charge from the other mechanic (unclear of the rate charged) were added to bill. We were never contacted to inform us of these added costs ahead of time. Tech's are a complete joke here... Especially the older fella in the back. Talks to you like your stupid. Why would anyone trust these mechanics to work on a vehicle?

Had a great experience with Hyundai Kenora! The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being done. It’s rare to find such honest and professional customer service these days. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable service and a welcoming team!
