My husband, Stan Zroback and I purchase a 2013 Santa Fe Limited in 2016, over the past 8 years we have spent 11,293.00 for regular maintenance, services and tune—ups at Hyundai Kenora. The SantaFe has 148,000 kms, and we have now been informed the Santa Fe needs a new motor at a cost of 13,000.00 and a six month wait. We have spend hundreds on oil over the past few years, and Hyundai indicated that is normal. They are not willing to help us out in any way, so we are stuck with a worthless vehicle. I brought the car back in for second time after supposedly being fixed and its still waiting on the lot because they diagnosed the car wrong or did not take the time to look at it and ordered the wrong part lol. no estimated time on when the correct part will arrive or when my car will be fixed. They do not like communicating with customers. Ridiculous
