Great service visiting the service department, and communications with sales, Both departments worked as a team to get in vehicle in quickly when experiencing an issue on a Friday. They provided quick transportation to where I had to be, excellent communication on the repair status, and had me picked up within moments of getting the notification my vehicle was ready.
Edit to add: I have since upgraded to a newer CR-V through Kenora Honda, and once again the team went above and beyond to make sure I have an amazing car in a timely manner without any bumps along the way. After a rough experience at local dealerships, it's such a relief to get great service and a product I can trust. My first Honda experience has been an absolute treat.... Jacob really helped me and my dog get back on the road with a locked van and I couldn't be happier :) My door fell off its tracks in town and a couple locals also helped me get to Honda, so a big thank you to Calvin and Jack at the park for the assistance as well. Kenora is such a lovely place, I'm from SK and felt the community really went out of their way for a traveller and her dog and I'm back on the road after a few hours.
