Great shop and service . Thank you Gentleman who served be this morning was very knowledgeable and helped me sort an issue just from his vast customer service experience and years of knowledge how. I will 100% be coming back here to shop again for parts and support this independent business for my plumbing needs before going to the like of screw fix or Wolsey who hire kids that have no diy knowledge whatsoever

Forget B&Q, they would sell you anything even if it’s wrong and they did. I went to Kenons, finally got the right toilet seat, the guy even put the fixings together for me & explained how to fit it. Service you just don’t get in a big store, I won’t ever go anywhere else.
