Not sure what has happened here, but my experience this year buying balloons and supplies for my son's birthday was vastly different from the last. Last year, a lovely woman helped me. We chatted and had a lovely conversation about children growing up. I remembered her. This year, I had to stand there for a bit for anyone to help me at all with balloons. Good store, however I resent a $1 charge for a bag regardless of how much you spend. Also a 3% credit card fee which is very easy to miss... no sign posted. There was literally water dripping from the ceiling onto the carpet. v1y/v2y
Price gouging to elderly people
YAY Kenny's. This place is AWESOME!
Great selection of party supplies and great selection of different colors and designs. If you can't find what you are looking for elsewhere you may definitely find your party supplies here. Great selection of nfl football balloons though I have never bought any balloons from here. Customer service has been good in the past few visits to this store this year.
