Kenny has been servicing my home unit for a couple of years now. Kenny and his team are professionals in every way, very knowledgeable and efficient. And the most important thing to me, they provide quality service and are honest. On the Saturday of memorial day weekend my air went out. My wife and I came to Petal Saturday to visit my Mother in Law. We arrived about 1pm to find the AC running but indoor temp at 84 degrees. Our call at 10pm that evening, to Kenny’s AC, was answered and an appointment was made for the next day, Sunday. Jackson showed up with only a slight delay (notified in advance) and immediately inspected every register, every return, the attic air handler and the single compressor. We needed our whole system replaced due to it being an outdated unit that was original to the home we purchased. I saw a few suggestions on Facebook for AC repair. Knowing absolutely nothing about AC repair, I called the first company that had the most recommendations. Kenny and his guys did an awesome job. a very good Price also. we had called a couple other repair men that came out charged us and did not fix anything. Mr. Kenny had his guys out, got the problem diagnosed it and repaired it for a good price. Thank you to him and his workers.
