Kenny has been servicing my home unit for a couple of years now. Kenny and his team are professionals in every way, very knowledgeable and efficient. And the most important thing to me, they provide quality service and are honest. On the Saturday of memorial day weekend my air went out. From the time I called Kenny to the time it was repaired was 6 hours, yesterday I had to call them again, after hours. My wife and I came to Petal Saturday to visit my Mother in Law. We arrived about 1pm to find the AC running but indoor temp at 84 degrees. Our call at 10pm that evening, to Kenny’s AC, was answered and an appointment was made for the next day, Sunday. Jackson showed up with only a slight delay (notified in advance) and immediately inspected every register, every return, the attic air handler and the single compressor.
