Turned in 2 pair of pants for tailoring but I erroneously requested the hem be 29 inches. Received both pair with notations on their tag stating “already 29 inches”. They still charged me for 1 pair and told me that I could not tell the difference between the manufacturer’s hem and theirs. Not sure what they hemmed when they were already 29 inches

Overcharged me the last 2 times I had clothes dry cleaned. First time I let it go but this time they charged me $25 a shirt. And then held my clothes hostage when I asked to speak to the manager. I’ve paid my last overpriced bill at ‘Kenny’s Take You To The Cleaners’

I took my prom dress here to get cleaned it was in perfect condition I had just bought it a couple days prior. It was left in the packaging I had received til I had to wear it. I opened it to find a huge rip in the back connecting to the straps and a stain left on the back as well. I was not notified of either when i had picked it up. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this was definitely a little upsetting.
