We have been fighting for three - yes count them: THREE years to get the ac working correctly. 3 compressor failures which plugged the entire system. They have even said they will warranty their work. Big fat lie. Every time we take the truck there it’s another 800 dollars here or another 1000 dollars there. We still don’t have cold air and we’re into this thing for nearly 6000 dollars. We’ve even had to stop in other towns to get ac freeon. If you have ac issues run far far away from Kenny’s car care.
Please do not take your car here flat out, we as people work to hard for our money to have someone like this to hustle you out your money, you will go in for a simple fix once he dose his diagnostics on it, he will tell you you have four other problems and it’s gonna cost you hundreds of dollars and he won’t replace anything he says is wrong with it because it’s not broke. I cannot express how thankful I am for these guys! I was out of state on my way home to Louisiana when I drove over debris in the road. Not only were they able to look at my car immediately, they were so nice & understanding. The best customer service I’ve ever had as a mechanic, and took care of me like I was family. From Louisiana traveling to Houston for the weekend. Broke down on the interstate and had to call a tow truck. Called to see if this shop could accommodate us and they said yes, we will stay and wait for y’all! I called to let them know we were a few mins away and asked where we could park. When arriving we had Justin and a team of guys ready to help us park (bc we were also pulling a 5th wheel) they had us diagnosed and fixed the issue within minutes!!!! We spent over 12,000 dollars for an LS swap that I provided motor and transmission. Took a week longer than they said first off. Got the car home to finish details of project.. 31 miles put on car and it would not start. Took it back and got excuse after excuse about it’s not his fault. Well for 12,000 and he bought those parts. It’s his fault. After another 700 dollars and still the radio was not put in after a week.
