My friend went to this automotive shop and they were supposed to do work on his car and they didn’t get the job done right, after spending Thousands of dollars. He had to go to a different shop and get the right parts put on and do it right. Too bad Mulvane has to have a bad shop doing bad work, hope they can fix the problem or give them the money back to them that was charged to them!!
WORTH THE READ! If not willing, just DRIVE ON! Simply show the pics to ANY mechanic, and they'll tell you to STEER CLEAR! No pun intended! I'll delete this if they do the refund for the wrong parts & make this right! So sorry you've been under the weather Kenny, but we surely miss the service when you were more available. Heard that from our lawyer, so sorry if that's not the case. As far as the current staff, it's HIGHLY unprofessional. Your receptionist/blimp on the map, called on speaker phone and embarrassed your entire company. Karen or whatever her name was, needs to probably go back to her day job!
