I took my car in with an audible rattling noise. Kenny took a quick look in a few key places, cranked the engine, then put it on a lift. Thirty minutes later I was driving away (quietly) and without spending a fortune. Experience! Efficiency! Thanks Kenny. You do outstanding work!
