I used Kenny’s based on a recommendation from a friend to get a high value set of wheels and tires mounted and balanced. They took amazing care of them while quickly getting the job done. It was priced very fairly. No damage was done to the wheels as promised and they were balanced perfectly. I don’t think I could have gotten such service and quality elsewhere in the area. Thank you to their entire staff.
I think it's just a universal human experience to feel like you've been ripped off or given the run-around at the mechanic's shop. It's so bad, it's an actual stereotype. However, I had such a great encounter with the team at Kenny's recently, and can honestly say I am looking forward to the next repair or service my vehicles need, so I can support these professionals. Finally got my car in and checked out, got a text saying I can come in. They had only diagnosed the problem at this point (even tho I told them what it was) and when I got there they asked if I actually wanted it fixed. And they were going to charge me an absurd amount. I just fixed it on my own as I didn’t have time to keep my car there longer.
