Very professional!! When NISSAN failed to help me with my Armada Kenny had no issue getting my vehicle back on the road!! He communicated with me throughout the process. I didn’t feel left out on what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be done. He fixed my suspension airbags and the compressors. Nissan broke my wheel cap on my tires he took care of it with no issues. Highly recommend this shop!! Especially if you are just fed up with major car dealership workshops.
Windshield damaged while at Kenny's parking lot behind their business. They said it might be temperature change that damage the windshield. Absolutely not recommended.
Today I picked up my truck that's been sitting in Kenny's parking lot. I noticed a cracked windshield, but I was told it must have happened due to the temperature changes. Work was done 2 years ago on left side frame rail, and I took it back because it failed for left side frame again. I wasn't given a quote but at the end I wanted a discount due to rework. A lower price was agreed upon, but an accident happened to my windshield. Stay away!
Fair-priced, competent service and helpful staff! Convenient to Spring Creek, as well.
Had tailpipe and muffler done in 2022 and now they say it needs it again. Save time and money go somewhere else. Their work does not last over 3 years.
