I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Kenny Auto Detail and would not recommend their services. When I picked up my vehicle, the exterior was still visibly dirty to which the rubbed with a cloth. After paying for professional detailing services, I expected the vehicle to be returned clean and presentable, but that was not the case. We wanted to get an all-electric car for the city commute and grocery-runs back in 2022 while we could still get a $7500.00 incentive. We discovered we could "build our own" Mini Cooper SE in British Racing Green so we went for it and we love it. Trouble was though, the Mini factory (in Oxford UK at that time) didn't put any paint protector/clear coat on it. Mini wanted $1000.00 just to coat the hood only back in 2022. I don't leave reviews often, but Kenny's earned every word of this one. I brought in my 2005 Dodge Stratus for a major job — spark plugs, ignition coils, and several other components. We're talking a $3,000 repair. Work was done, car was running, I was satisfied. About a month later, check engine light comes on. Misfire. I brought it back not knowing what to expect — and this is where Kenny's separated themselves from every other shop I've ever dealt with.
