Very disappointed with the service. The service was extremely slow and poor. No wonder many Kenny Rogers Roasters outlets are permanently closing. It’s really sad because this used to be one of our favourite food choices. There were about 4 staff on duty, yet the service was still very slow and unorganized. With fewer customers, the waiting time should not be this long. The food is still tasty, but unfortunately the poor service really affects the overall experience.
Good service. Staff friendly. Kids friendly.
