Excellent experience. Greg was super kind and made the process easy as we got our pool filled. Shannon in the office was super communicative leading up to fill day and I appreciated their dedication even as it got a little later in the evening to bring us our last load to fill. I’d highly recommend.
I had terrible service from this company on the day they were suppose to deliver 3 tanks of water for my newly renovated pool. Shannon, the office manager, confirmed with me 3 times the date and time of service, however, I did not get the service I had requested. To make matters worse, the owner, Ben, called me and treated me very rudely....talking over me and not letting me get a word in. This place has been home base for me my life!
I will NEVER use this company again. The woman is condescending and crass. The serviceman was rude and left before he could collect payment, as the woman stated "he has to go." They asked me to be patient with them and thanked me for being so kind. They also gave me their word that they would still fulfill the service order the same day yet upon the arrival of the serviceman, the plan changed abruptly and I had to wait for the completion of service on the next day: on which he came late.
