Great staff and helpful
The staff always makes you feel welcome. They know the product well. Even if something happens that is a product failure not of their own making. They do everything they can to help. Everyone needs to remember they didn't build it. They don't provide the warranty or terms of the warranty. That is on the manufacturer. They do everything they can to help you navigate the situation. Thank you to kenny queen hardware for doing everything you can for consumers like me!!!
They had what I needed and was very polite and helpful.
