Eureka, I think I finally found my barber. After almost three years in Chicago and trying what feels like 10 different barbershops, Treehouse really came through. I don’t want to speak too soon, but this first cut was exactly what I was hoping for. He did a great job, listened, and made the whole experience feel easy. The vibe inside was also awesome. Good energy, great music, very R&B, very much my vibe. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend Treehouse and Kenny Mac’s Barbershop.

Treehouse is my go to barber now! I walked into this barbershop, because I live close and wasn’t expecting much. Treehouse exceeding my expectations! He even had counsel on how to upkeep my haircut. Thank you! I highly recommend and will be back.

I came in as a walk-in to fix a mistake by the person who usually cuts my hair (she buzzed my head for some reason when I’ve never done that before). Kenny was very welcoming and made sure I was taken care of right away. He sat me in his chair and took his time giving me a fade that made my buzz cut look intentional. Definitely boosted my confidence. He also treated me like a longtime client and was very personable. I will definitely be coming back.

Kenny Mac’s is easily the best spot in the city for a cut. Kenny himself is super down-to-earth and provides excellent customer service, but what really sets him apart is his expert styling, he keeps high standards and won't let you leave the chair looking anything less than sharp. Even with that professional edge, he’s all about the community, making the shop feel like a genuine neighborhood hub where everyone is welcome.
