Great facilities sum new and sum old there is a hose on tha back of one of tha building that you can use to wash your boat quiet never any trouble and these don’t get broken into(like tha others around here) ever I’ve had a unit here for more years than I care to remember there is always sumone who lives on tha property to keep an eye on things and help out when you need overall tha best complex around and also prolly one of tha cheapest also win win I think my unit is 15wx15Hx30L
