Disappointed – I'm truly disappointed in them (Elk Grove) location. I wanted my gold marquise ring dipped in white gold and the prongs replaced. They replaced the whole setting and replaced my stone as well. I knew what mark my stone had and when I got it, that mark wasn't in the stone that they had put, on the new setting.
