Dr Lin recommended me to stop the steroid drops I was using on the long term which solved my issue, also he used top notch medical equipment for visual inspection, cleaning of the ears and vertigo testing. He was training an intern too, imo only good doctors are provided such an opportunity.
Not only was given quick attention and a comprehensive assessment during my appointment, but he/they found a way to fit me back in later in the day, when I developed some complications to the procedure applied. They responded quickly and helped save me unnecessary anxiety. Great Team, great job done.
Dr.Lin is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my symptoms with great patience and followed my pace throughout the consultation. He was able to make a confident and convincing diagnosis very quickly. His calm, respectful, and concise communication made me feel truly reassured. I deeply appreciate his expertise and thoughtful approach.
Dr Lin is the best!!! We went to see him as a self-pay patient to consult with him about mom's hearing loss and possible treatment. Boy, wasn't this the best money and time spent. His superior knowledge and expertise on hearing loss and surgical treatment was apparent; his demeaner was kind, gentle and patient. Coming out of the visit, we were so happy that we came to see him. Thank God for doctors like Kenny Lin!
