Kenny Crowley was the perfect agent for us. He arranged visits to houses very adeptly and organized them smoothly, was extremely helpful with advice, lining out details, and connecting us with myriad outside experts (home inspectors, exterminators, various contractors). We had a long search process and through it all Kenny was diligent as well as mellow and human.
