From requesting a quote to the installation, the customer service was outstanding. I had an alfresco kitchen built. I had a very small amount of space but Kenny ensured that I got the best out of that small space. The quality of his workmanship exceeded my expectations. I was highly impressed with Kenny’s professionalism, customer service and above all, his workmanship. I highly recommend this business.
Kenny was very timely to respond to my enquiry regarding a laundry renovation. He emailed me a professionally itemised quote and was very competitive in the market. He completed my job in 1 day within 2 weeks of hiring him. For the small corrections that needed to be attended to he addressed my concerns very quickly and thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Kenny and Associates to anyone requiring a professional job that you will be happy with.
Kenny came to do a quote for our house. We accepted. The communication was poor. He then tells us 2 stays before that he can’t complete the job and to find someone else. We had booked other tradies around him. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
