Needed a new cleanout installed. Sent a text to Kenn and was given a rough quote after looking at pictures of the work needed. He sent Josh and Kevin the next day (Sunday) to look at job and provided a fair quote that was better than the rest. I was having a sprinkler system installed when they told me they nicked my gas line to my generator. I panicked and Kenn’s plumbing sent a plumber (Chance) within 2 hours to check it out. Turned out it was the line to my gas grill. Whew! Chance capped it off, turned my gas back on and checked my water heater to make sure it was all good. I appreciated their prompt service and Chance was great. I recommend them and will use them again. Tonya in the office was very friendly and helpful also.
It's been a couple of weeks maybe a little longer, since I used Kenn's Plumbing at the time I needed a water heater replacement mine was leaking so I was shopping around for quotes since I'm on a fixed income, I called Kenn's Plumbing the lady I spoke to said they offer free est why not see what they to offer I'm glad I did she had someone at my home within the hr the technician Josh was very respectful of my situation and worked with me on pricing he gave me a very reasonable price compared to some of the other quotes I rec... read more
