. There are many things to address .I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Empire at Kennington Community. The lack of responsibility from the HOA and the entire management is shocking. After closing on my house three months ago, I have yet to see any of the issues addressed. I closed on my new home in February 2024 and so far I am happy with the house but the HOA is non-responsive and support for work orders has significantly dropped off since the majority of the Superintendents were sent to other Empire Communities in April 2024. Empire apparently hired one Superintendent to manage warranty work but not many of us know how to reach him. It took me sending and email to the HOA waiting over 3 weeks and then an email to the Empire Community Manager to get action on a concern I had about the dirt b... read more
