Kennies Indoor Comfort Specialists truly are specialists. They are professional, quick, and communicative. We have been customers for years and I will ONLY use Kennies because I know I can count on them. Sure enough our system got old and they were there to help us in this horrible heat. We truly thank them for all they have done over the years protecting our equipment and replacing when needed. Thank you for your commitment to quality service - This is Hanford at its finest - people you know and can trust.
Called on Wednesday morning---furnace heat exchanger failed visual inspection (rusted holes in the exhaust gas tubing...dangerous). By Thursday mid-afternoon Kennie's had removed and replaced the whole HVAC unit, including the support structures and we were enjoying our furnace again. Very professional crew, detail-oriented, tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.
We have been with Kennies for awhile and never had a problem until this week. Yesterday we called after hours for service as our AC stopped working. It was hot in our house and the on call person “Hugo” was really pushing us off not to have service. He told us it was 25% increase of fees for after hours, even though we’re members and before he even looked at it. It was a hot Thursday night in July and my AC was blowing warm air when I got home from work. The fam was miserable. Called my home warranty company and they weren't going to have any out for a full week! I was desperate. I knew about Kennies and gave them a call as soon as they opened on Friday morning.
