My wife paid Eric Kennedy $22,000 to put in a septic system at our cottage. He subcontracted the work out to Hughson Brothers without our knowledge. He paid Hughson’s $10,000 and pocketed $12,000 for himself for doing nothing. He never completed the finish work and my wife had to pay landscapers to complete the job she had already paid to have done. Eric Kennedy is a criminal as far as we are concerned. My wife trusted him.
