Hired Shaun to help with our custody case and he seemed great at first, told us everything we wanted to hear. Really felt he was on our side and was going to do everything he could to help us. Then he went MIA . No returned calls, no response to emails, even sent a letter certified mail with no luck. This was a week before an important court deadline causing us to miss the deadline and have our case dismissed. He kept our over 10k retainer and we will be seeking legal action to get it back.
