Troy is truly the superhero of RV repair. We had an urgent need for a fix for our RV trailer, and he came to us, came up with a solution, and complete the job with curtesy and professionalism. Super experience and I would highly recommend him!!!

Troy agreed to look at our camper after 6 others refused to because of its age. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it another 10. He is knowledgeable, experienced and ethical. Knows campers of all ages, makes and styles. We are so thankful to have found him. We get at least one more season to enjoy our ‘old gal’ !
Very poor communication. I emailed to have a larger job done on my 2016 Tiffin RED. Spoke on the phone briefly and was supposed to get back on cost and scheduling…. Followed up with 2 emails over the following week or so, With no response. As a business owner, I just see that as poor business practice.
We have been using Kennett equipment services since August of 2022. Troy and Lisa are fantastic to work with. They have made Spring opening, winterization, replacement of an inverter and most recently leveling and hard piping of our new RV at our seasonal site a breeze. With fair rates, reliability, and fantastic communication Troy always takes the time to explain everything and leaves you without any questions. We highly recommend them.
