It’s been quite a while since I’ve experienced *REAL* customer service. My experience today was above and beyond good service. The friendly and immediate service was expanded by finding out how much more this family offers to people who not only need RV parts, but mechanical and replacement services, what’s available in the NH area for fun times or extended parking. Troy has been a life saver in every aspect of my RV experience. A true professional that knows everything there is to know about all models and makes of RV's. One of the hardest workers I have ever seen! He and Lisa are incredibly kind and honest. I couldn't recommend or rate anyone higher!
Troy is truly the superhero of RV repair. We had an urgent need for a fix for our RV trailer, and he came to us, came up with a solution, and complete the job with curtesy and professionalism. Super experience and I would highly recommend him!!!

Troy agreed to look at our camper after 6 others refused to because of its age. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it another 10. He is knowledgeable, experienced and ethical. Knows campers of all ages, makes and styles. We are so thankful to have found him. We get at least one more season to enjoy our ‘old gal’ !
