As part of our HOA board, I worked with Kenneth's Carpet Cleaners to get the carpets and area rugs in our condo building's common spaces cleaned—all three floors. They did a fantastic job! I first reached out to them after a paint spill that needed quick attention, and Preston came out the very next day to handle it. The paint stain was completely removed with no sign left behind. I couldn’t be more pleased with the carpet cleaning results I got from this service. I manage a couple of nursing homes, and there’s always carpet and tile that need cleaning. Over the years, it’s been tough to find a company that does such a thorough job! Not only did they clean everything really well, but their customer service was excellent. Called for a carpet cleanup on base, the reviews were great for coming on Fort Belvoir. My husband made the appt and gave them our address and specified it was on base. They gave us the run around after their machines weren’t working, then had us waiting early Monday morning for them to show up. My husband had to call twice for them to let us know they cant come on base and the appt is cancelled. Very unprofessional. Was very looking forward to what the reviews read.

We had a great experience with Kenneth's Carpet Cleaners. Greyson was friendly, arrived on time, and was clear about the prices. The rates were reasonable for the quality of service, and our carpets looked almost like new after the cleaning. We were moving into a home with older carpets, and they looked much better overall after the cleaning. We quickly asked Greyson to clean the carpets in the place we were moving out of as well. He went the extra mile to make sure those carpets looked refreshed too. Another job well done!
