Dr Yamamura and his NP are great providers with a great bedside manner if you see them in the hospital. But there is no way to get ahold of the office for an urgent need. Called 10/11 and 10/10. Kari took messages and assured a response by the end of the day. Have not gotten a response. Ended up in the ER. ER said to contact the office for follow up. Tried and got nothing. 10/13 EOD, still no response, still no call back. Guess I need to find another provider. It’s a shame. I really liked the providers here but it’s impossib... read more
I went in a few weeks ago for a follow up TEE after having the watchmen inserted in July. The experience was wonderful. Everyone from Dr. Yamamura and down were informative, kind and made the procedure very easy!
