Saw Dr. Chao at the East Meadow facility. Front desk ladies were warm and welcoming. I was seen by Dr. Chao at my appointment time. He spent a lot of time listening to my medical history and current symptoms. He performed a thorough diagnostic exam and offered a complete explanation of diagnosis. Dr. Chao allowed me plenty of time to ask questions and responded with clear, concise answers. His personality and professionalism is, in my opinion, a much-needed asset to the medical community.
