When he dropped off the mower, he didn't start it. I tried to start it as soon as he left. It didn't start. I'm disabled with a bad back, and I tried numerous times to start it. I called him and he said that it needed gas. It didn't need gas. It makes me wonder if he even started it or tried it. I topped it off with gas, just incase, and it still didn't start.
