They don’t respond to request from pharmacies. They don’t answer their phones. They close at 4:30. I called at 4 o’clock and I was on hold for 23 minutes. They never answered the phone. Shameful.

This is not a place you would go to get care for by anyone. Starting at the front desk with Amanda (Nasty attitude, put you on hold and never come back to assist you) on down to LaShon (Clueless of everything pertaining to assisting people when the office is not operating correctly) on down to the doctor's assistance for prescription refills/nurse who never respond to you and least but last, the doctors (Lack of communication and care). My parent was a former patient. My family and I called the office several times trying to speak to the doctor or his nurse to discuss my parent's condition. We felt that hospice nurse care was needed As the care provider we understood that the doctor needed to order that. There was no response and we did our best to to provide comfort until the end. I post this in the hope that this medical office will do better. Willimprove their.ppprocesses.

I have been going to Dr. Harper's office for over 15 years. After I had my second child, I started taking her there for care. Not to mention, I go there as well. I have seen employees come and go however, the front desk staff there now is has no customer service skills and are very rude. I have had several unpleasant experiences this last couple of years.
