Doctor Kooser is an amazing doctor. He is kind and empathetic. He listens to you when you say that you have a problem. He doesn't dismiss your symptoms as not real or only because you are fat. He listens to women when they say they're in pain or having other problems. Great bedside manner. Seriously, you want this guy as your primary care provider.
I did not know my Ole Army Doc was the OIC at this Clinic! Captain Kooser and I were together in Germany in 02-04, and again he was my Boss in 05-09 in Hawaii. I cannot say enough how much he taught and mentored me. I would put the “back staff” CNA’s - DR’s as top notch. I have had a bit of an unpleasant time with the MSA’s up front, but that may be my expectations as an Army Clinic manager VS Civilian world. ALL IN ALL VERY GOOD experience.
Dr. Always makes us feel comfortable during our visits, he really listens and is very knowledgeable ! His assistant is also sweet and helpful,..thanks guys 😃
