Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider treat their staff well? Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning

I have seen Dr. Distler for several unrelated orthopedic issues and leave his care satisfied every time! He always gives me his honest opinion and avoids unnecessary testing that most DR's would prescribe to charge the insurance more. His staff is friendly and most accommodating. He always does a thorough exam and I trust his medical judgement in the fullest. He is willing to work with patients on a personal level and that is what I look for in a physician.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I would never refer any of my family and friends to Dr. Distler. If I had known how terrible he was going to be, I never would have gone. I will never visit him again. I was very disappointed. Had first hip replacement and it popped out of joint 7 or 8 times. He told me it was my fault because I was moving wrong. Finally went to a different orthopedic surgeon who immediately knew after viewing my x-rays that the replacement hip was positioned improperly and would have to be completely redone. Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

This provider is NOT someone I would recommend at all. He works FOR the insurance companies and will say WHATEVER it is they pay him to say regardless of the actual facts. He is paid to be an Independent Medical Examiner but will fail to ask any "Medical" questions. He only asked how many times you are married, how many kids you have, and that sort of questions,... NEVER once asking about pain level or the ability to walk which was the entire purpose of the visit!
