I was a new patient, I saw some good reviews with this office on google and decided to make an appointment. I was really looking forward for the appointment because I haven't had a cleaning done in awhile, and especially needed a chipped front tooth fixed. Unfortunately my doctors appointment before was running behind so I called to let them know that may not be able to come in 30 minutes early before my appointment that was at 12:00 since I had to fill out some paperwork due to being a new patient. This place is a joke told them what my daughter need a tooth pulled and the said they could do it then get there dentist just looks at her mouth for 2 seconds then we don't pull teeth charged me 30 dollars plus bc I don't have insurance they made me feel like I was a low life poor person. I am a business owner my self and that was horrible for them to think that
Before I visited this dentist I was in constant pain from TMJ. I had been several places and I wasn't getting any better and sometimes I would not be taken seriously. Doctor Chancey was the only Doctor that could help me. He fit me into his already busy schedule because he took my problem/pain seriously. I'm super happy that I found this place. Absolutely the BEST staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. All of them were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful and patient; they really make you feel like they care. Their level of professionalism is refreshing and encouraging for those who may be a bit weary of visiting the dentist. They also went above and beyond for my particular needs in regards to insurance and whatnot. Thanks for such a great experience, ladies!
