I cannot stress enough how amazing everyone at Dr. Baker's office is. My fiance went in for an initial consultation, and not only was Dr. Baker so understanding and thorough, his staff, including Lauren and Raquel, made sure every step from paperwork to procedures were explained. I had the opportunity to fill in as a dental hygienist for two weeks at Dr. Baker’s practice and was thoroughly impressed. The office is well organized, clean, and professional, with a team that works seamlessly together. Very shady business practices. Go anywhere else save your money! I was very blunt and made it very clear, if I went along with their $3000 treatment plan that is all I would be able to afford. Then they call me in for an appointment, without mentioning that it wasn't part of the $3000 treatment plan I had signed up for, and charged me another $240 for a teeth cleaning after the holidays.
Dr Baker and the entire staff are fantastic! They took their time with me, understood my concerns, and did an excellent job on substantial dental repair work I needed. The office staff is great to work with (which seems such a rarity in the RGV!), and even the routine cleanings are as pleasant as can be! I very highly recommend Dr Baker and his team!!
I am a 1st year Winter Texan and broke a tooth on the way to McAllen. Dr Baker and the whole staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was fitted for a new crown and now I am enjoying eating again!
