Kenneth Vives is at least a 5 star+ physician. He saved my son's life 20 years ago. As I risk facing a similar situation with another family member, it is worth tracking Kenneth Vivas again He is 20 hours from where we lived then and 12 hours from where we live now. He's a rare gem. The reviews above are misleading. I would imagine Vivas is extremely busy. The administrative and technical issues hindering those seeking his care are unfortunate.
I really can’t tell you what Dr vivas is like as I had a teledoc appt on the 15th with him which never took place , so I called office to find out why and never received an answer. So I continued to call ( nine times ) to get a new appt and left 9 messages for a call back but the office never called me back to reschedule. I assume a tumor on your pituitary isn’t top priority ( why else wouldn’t someone call me back ). I had Dr. Vives for Deep Brain Surgery. The surgery went well, I think. However, 6 months after my surgery the incision scabbed over. I went to his office a few times and never saw him. At that point I started going to our local wound care center 3 times, every 9-10 weeks. He finally saw me when it was healed. He said if it happened again he wanted to see me. I called today and after much stress and disappointment I am having a video call! NOT IMPRESSED!
