I'm very happy with the level of customer service from Kenneth Village Pharmacy. The staff listened to my questions, didn't interrupt, and responded in detail without talking down to me. All of my questions were answered, and most importantly, it was done quickly without significant hold times. A very different experience than any other pharmacy I've dealt with. I commend them and those who have trained the staff.
