Dr. Kenneth Villa’s attention is focused and personal. He always has the clients best interest in mind.
Always a pleasure to see Dr. Villa - he listens, offers to help and gives useful advice. His staff are pleasant and efficient. The new facility is mostly excellent, with the possible exception of the signing and organization of the check-in - all staff at that desk should be able to check in and make follow-up appointments for ANY specialty. Otherwise, excellent.
The office and staff are friendly and the chairs are clean and comfortable. Dr Villa is friendly and welcoming. My tremors in my hands and chin are difficult to deal with. He explains all methods of dealing with the tremors. To include medicine, ultrasound and surgery. I have chosen to use meds to relieve them and it’s difficult to get to the right dose but it is my only option as I am female and do not want to shave my head at this time.
