Trying to schedule an appointment is imposible if you don’t have a 1-800 number for your insurance provider because the “Office Manager” is under qualified to Google a phone number or too stupid to use the 1-800 number she usually uses for the insurance provided to her, absolutely trash! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else
Office staff scheduling the appts need to be VERY CLEAR IN THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. This is not a misunderstanding on my part. It’s a detail restriction that was left out of conversation when scheduling the appointment. When a parent is told at the time of scheduling that “1 parent can go in w/ the patient”, that does not specify ANYTHING abt accompanying toddler/infant siblings. Dr Zambrano is a very insightful physician. His expertise into allergies and asthma is in my experience as both nurse and his patient, unparalleled. He has a very caring bedside manner and is willing to go that extra step for his patients. His staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.
I have complicated asthma caused by allergies. Dr. Chen is very competent and also kind. He explains what is doing and why and he wants to hear back from you if the plan is not working. The office staff are the best; it’s a well oiled machine. Dr Chen also responds to messages through the portal timely.

Dr. Chen is the best-of-best. He found sinus and asthma related issues no other Dr. Could figue out and effectively treat. He saved my life. He is my hero!
A caring & compassionate doctor with great bedside manners.
The waiting room time is ridiculously long, but after my medical visit, I would wait 2x as long to see Dr. Kray. He is professional, detailed and most importantly, very thorough. It is his thoroughness with each patient that creates such a long wait time. My daughter has a multitude of allergies, most remained undetected by her previous allergist. Now, with Dr. Kray's guidance, my child and I are able to either avoid or mitigate, severe allergic reactions. I completely recommend Dr. Kray.
