I sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour and a half. When I finally got to an examining room, I asked how much longer until he came in. She said he had two patients ahead of me. This is overbooking to the extreme. I left without being seen, nor did I even get an apology from his office staff.
Such a professional Dr. he was very kind and thorough during mine and my husband’s visit. He took the time to answer all our questions and we never felt rushed. Excellent Doctor!
Everyone at this office was extremely pleasant and professional from the receptionist up to the Dr.! My waiting time was minimal and I had a very good experience here and highly recommend!
I was so afraid to have this skin review done, I almost cancelled twice. The lady on the phone promised me I would be ok. This experience was so good. Dr Spencer was wonderful and kind and understanding about my fears. I have never experience such a great visit, from the doctor, to his nurse to the receptionist who knew my story. Wonderful people, would tell anyone who needed this to go see them for sure.
