I highly recommend Kenneth & Sons Cooling Masters. I had my AC unit serviced on a Friday, and there was a minor error made by Liam, which caused our compressor to malfunction. Upon notifying them about the issue on Monday, they promptly sent a supervisor, Nicholas, to inspect the situation that afternoon. Liam was incredible. We've been grappling with significant AC repair issues since we purchased our home two years ago in Aurora. Even while driving...they treat the highway as a playground! The technicians from Kenneth & Sons Cooling Masters are quite reckless, endangering others on the road. How can you put your trust in these individuals like Damian or Brad to come into your home and perform AC repair services? They navigate the carpool lane alone, hitting speeds of 100 miles per hour.

Darrell was the best. So nice and professional. They did a excellent job. When they finished the building was cleaner then when they started. recommend. Thanks for a excellent job. Rooms are nice and cool now.

The Tech Gavin was friendly & professional. The time that the Customer work Rep quoted did. not align with his arrival time but he made up for it by finishing our cleaning and we are satisfied.
