If I could give Dr Jaffe and his practice 100 stars, I would. Simply put, you're not going to find better Doctor anywhere. I come from NY every time I need to see a Doctor, which should tell you everything about this Doctor. If you're looking for personal attention, care, and an overall great experience, then look no further. Dr Jaffe also great diagnostic doctor. The absolute worst. The staff is domineering and undisciplined. The team asks you what brings you here today even though the staff set the appointment from your previous office visit. The doctor's personality is flat, and his bedside manner is nonexistent. My last visit he spoke to me for two minutes wrote a scrip left the room and never came back. The office is dirty, papers and patients folders out in the open, it's like a bomb went off. Used gauze with blood on it. Quick to steal your money. Frightful
Dr Kenneth S Jaffe is the the most self centered money hungry and negligent doctor I have ever seen in all my years! He had me take a bone scan that I did not need but he happened to have the scanner in his office so he could push the bone scan on me! He also prescribed blood pressure medication to me that I was allergic to without checking my records for what my allergies to medications are. This could have killed me if I took them! Even though my health insurance was paid there was a glitch in the system. The healthcare company confirmed this to the Dr. office. The Dr. office said for me to pay out of pocked, that once the glitch is confirmed they will bill the insurance an refund my out-of-pocket payment. During this time I had to go to the Dr. 3 times resulting in 3 out-of-pocket payments. Since then, my insurance has been billed by the Dr. office for my visits. 9:40 arrived for 9:45 appointment 9:45 pharmaceutical rep shows up and goes right in 9:49 i pay co-pay 10:00 get placed in exam room 10:22 i got to receptionist 10:23 dr. goes to exam room 10:23 dr walks out on me when I tell him I've been waiting 10:23 dr tosses papers at receptionist
good experience with this doctor. Sometimes the wait is a bit long as he does not turn away patients.. but worth it.
This is an outstanding doctor.. who cares for and takes care of his patients. I would trust this guy anytime.. good guy
