office staff rude and unorganized Unfortunately, I took off from my employment to come to my scheduled appointment but when I got to the office I was informed by the office staff that my appointment had been cancelled. I however never cancelled the appointment. Not only were they rude in announcing this appointment had been cancelled theywent on blaming the office system had changed and therefore there was no chance of them checking who had cancelled so they continuedto accuse me of changing the appointment.
Went to see doctor Kenneth, for my congestion and i was prescribes some meds which didn't no help. But he was very nice.
i went to see Dr Etra as a first time pt 2 weeks ago. He sent me for an ultra sound. I have called 3 times and still no one has called me back with results. Needless to say I will not be returning to this office.
