From the time of checking in at the Denver Franklin Center, I felt welcomed. Easy process to check-in and find the required department. Upon checking into Urology, the staff and assigned Doctor were very friendly and informative. They ensured I understood my procedure and asked if I needed any further clarifications or assistance. Dr. Yun was very understanding and made my visit feel as comfortable as possible. I am glad my appointment was setup with Dr. Yun.
Dr. Yun goes above & beyond calling patients directly with urgent needs & gets to be bottom of your issue quickly!!!
My care with Kaiser Permanente, it’s professional staff and facilities is and alway has been top notch. I started with Kaiser in the early 70’s. Had only one period where I was in a situation of being under the care of another healthcare provider. At best that was adequate. When the opportunity (ACA) came to go back I jumped on the chance to have my medical care back with Kaiser Permanente.
