Filed a grievance to the State of Illinois and also Carle. Of course Carle did an “investigation” and of course found no fault in their provider after speaking to him alone and I wasn’t contacted at all through the “investigation”. 1st off they apparently make a habit of copy and paste of ROS in their computer which were incorrect so always check your records. He was extremely rude. Did not answer any of my questions. He put down my other neurologists in the past. He was inappropriate and his behavior was out of order. He ripped my shoe off of my foot and ripped my sock off. He could have asked me to take my shoes off but he did not. He grabbed my foot and did that. I have never ever had a doctor do anything like that before. I don't know what I can recommend for you but for me I'm never seeing this person again. The whole episode has me upset & shocked. Never again.
