Appointment with Dr. Aronson was a complete waste of time. My sister went with me to the appt. and when we walked out of the office, she said "What was that"? There was nothing new discussed. He literally read my records to me for the last 20 years. He obviously hadn't looked at them prior to my arrival. No new information, no new advice, even though NP suggested I meet with him to find the cause of my issues. He pressed on each side of my head and asked if that hurt. That was it, no other exam. Filed a grievance to the State of Illinois and also Carle. Of course Carle did an “investigation” and of course found no fault in their provider after speaking to him alone and I wasn’t contacted at all through the “investigation”. 1st off they apparently make a habit of copy and paste of ROS in their computer which were incorrect so always check your records. This was brought to his offices attention because I checked my records to see what he put on my ROS since he refused to let me tell him what my issues were. Dr. Aronso... read more
He was extremely rude. Did not answer any of my questions. He put down my other neurologists in the past. He was inappropriate and his behavior was out of order. He ripped my shoe off of my foot and ripped my sock off. He could have asked me to take my shoes off but he did not. He grabbed my foot and did that. I have never ever had a doctor do anything like that before. I don't know what I can recommend for you but for me I'm never seeing this person again. The whole episode has me upset & shocked. Never again.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Takes time to listen. Friendly staff.
