Great doctor with vast experience.
The rudest Dr. ever. My husband‘s primary care doctor was not available and we were forced to book an appointment with him for a hospital follow up. 15 minutes before the appointment, he decided to cancel on us for no apparent reason. We went to the office anyway, and he was there! . We insisted on seeing him and wanted to know the reason why he canceled. We were never given any reason. Unfortunately, reviews start at 1 star. I confirmed my appointment with Dr Ackerman twice within 72 hours and filled out the required precheckin paperwork. With less than 12 hours before my scheduled appointment, Dr. Ackerman decided to cancel my appointment for no apparent reason. I rescheduled with another Doctor that day and low and behold, Dr Ackerman was in the office. Obviously he could care less about your health and I would avoid this doctor like the plague.
The bad reviews are so accurate. This place is an u organized disaster from day one. The doctor is very neglectful to his patients concerns. After so many attempts to speak to someone at the office I finally got in touch with the doctor to addressed a mistake that THE OFFICE MADE on my lab results. The doctor did not care or help in anyway and had a bad attitude. Good luck, they just want your money.
