Great dentistry being practiced up here. The two receptionist up front, one’s name is Anita, are Great ladies. They were patient and helpful while working thru an insurance issue (policy changed at the beginning of the year) Dr Kenneth and his assistant were also Stellar. From the moment I walked in I felt cared for and not rushed. Polite people no rudeness whatsoever! Had 18 comprehensive teeth X-rays taken and they talked and walked me thru the entire process. Good staff, friendly, and efficient. 4 stars because they put me with a different dentist who was out-of-network, resulting in unexpected payment. I would make this my regular office if all dentists were in-network.
My daughter had a routine cleaning here, taking advantage of the flexible scheduling options! Can’t thank them enough for offering Saturdays to help get my busy student to the dentist!
Dr Russell is terrific during his examination and his new hygienist is wonderful. Charity was gentle but thorough during the cleaning. As always it’s nice to see the ladies up at the front who take care of check in and payment. They keep the insurance stuff from being too complicated.
