Ross Phillips and Dahlia Phillips were great and made the closing on mine and my husband’s home go smoothly. They explained everything in a clear, and easy to understand way. My 87 year old mother wanted to get her affairs in order and list myself and my siblings as beneficiaries of her estate. I made an appointment for my 75 yr old disabled mother with Mr Phillips. I made an appointment with Mr Phillips to see my mother. She no longer drives so she had to get someone to drive her to her appt. She arrived at her appt and Mr Phillips was unable to make the appt. I called to setup a consultation for someone that had real estate questions. Whoever answered the phone asked questions I didn't know. Then I was schooled on realestate law like I was an idiot for 11 whole minutes and finally told me that the people I was trying to get an appointment for needed to figure out what they wanted to do and they would do it.
