Ken Haak was nice enough guy, but terrible at getting the job done. When I was able to get him on the phone, our conversations with simple and clear instructions were forgotten or ignored. He dropped the ball on my real estate deal, which was a bit more involved but his lack of communication made it difficult. Right from the initial visit his numbers for projected disbursements were off. Final numbers seemed off and when I mentioned his error he said he would charge me extra.
